Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Digital Chaabi Academy, a unit of MeDa Partners, we want you to enroll with confidence. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms. Please read it carefully before making a payment.
1. Cancellation
You may request to cancel your enrollment within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you have not accessed a significant portion of the course content, study material, or recorded sessions.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase, where course access has not been substantially used, are eligible for a full refund.
- Requests made after 7 days, or after substantial course content has been accessed (whichever is earlier), are not eligible for a refund.
- Enrollment fees, registration charges, or any clearly marked non-refundable components are not refundable.
3. Refund Process & Timelines
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- Once initiated, refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, subject to standard banking and Razorpay processing timelines.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

- Your full name
- Registered email and phone number
- Payment ID / transaction reference
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
